At Fuel’d Fans, we take pride in the "Texas-Tested" quality of our products. Because our covers are specialized automotive accessories, we maintain a strict return process to ensure every item we resell meets our high-performance standards.
30 - DAY RETURN POLICY WINDOW
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the following "Showroom Condition" requirements must be met:

Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

Packaging: All original tags, inserts, and specialized packaging must be intact.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all transactions.
"CHANGE OF HEART" VS. MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
We want you to love your cover, but we are a performance brand, not a rental service.

Manufacturing Defects: If a product is found to be defective (stitching, printing, or structural failure), we provide a 100% Full Refund or Replacement and waive all fees.

Standard Returns (Buyer’s Remorse): If you simply "do not like" the product but it is free of faults, it is eligible for return within the 30-day window, but will be subject to a [15-20%] Restocking Fee to cover inspection and repackaging.
5 - DAY "LENIENT TRIAL" WINDOW
We understand that sometimes you need to see the product on your vehicle to be sure.

We offer a 5-Day Full Refund Grace Period. If you initiate your return within 5 days of delivery because you changed your mind, we will waive the restocking fee, provided the item passes our QC inspection and is in "New" condition.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
CUSTOM & PARTNER PRINTS

Final Sale: All custom-printed covers or limited-edition partner templates (e.g., specific sponsor designs) are Non-Refundable.

These items are made-to-order and cannot be restocked. The only exception is a verified manufacturing defect.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
We offer three convenient ways to start your return request. Please note that all approvals are "provisional" until the physical item has been inspected at our facility.

THE PHYSICAL QC INSPECTION PROCESS
To maintain the integrity of our FueldFansShield™ technology and ensure the safety of future customers, we do not issue "blind" refunds.

In-Person Evaluation: Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it undergoes a mandatory in-person QC inspection by our technicians.

What We Look For: We inspect the fabric for microscopic debris, check for "ghosting" or dye migration, and verify that the anti-static properties have not been compromised by unauthorized cleaning agents.

Final Decision: * Passed: If the item is in pristine, resellable condition with all tags present, your refund (minus any applicable restocking fees) will be processed immediately.

Failed: If the physical inspection reveals that the item has been used, washed, or damaged, the refund will be denied. We can either dispose of the item for you or ship it back to you at your expense.
